With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Sedgwick Smith of Davenport, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Cora Smith (Sedgwick); his daughter Pamela McMullen; his son-in-law Thomas Corry; his granddaughter Melissa Adamkiewicz; and his brother Carl Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Smith; his daughters, Patricia Corry of Aurora, IL, Paula (Russ), Freund of Florence, AZ, Richelle Smith (Allen Trout) and Renee Rankin (Dale); his son-in-law Patrick McMullen; and his grandchildren, Rick, Jennifer, Scott, Michael, Will, Kimberly, Kelly and Daniel. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; & 3 great great grandchildren.
