He was predeceased by: his mother Alice; his stepfather Henry Paasch; and his brothers, Rolland (Rolly) of Davenport and Larry Wolters (Jay) of Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Jane; and his daughter Lisa Garman (Chris) of Davenport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
