He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Conner and Maxine Conner; and his brother Rod Conner. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Owens; his children, Chad Conner (Jessi) of Chula Vista, California, Bobbi Weedman of Cedar Falls and Erika Stanek (Marty) of Davenport, Iowa; and his siblings, Ronda Arey (Roy) of Davenport, Iowa, Bruce Conner of Galesburg, Shawn Conner (Cindy) of Bettendorf and Danial Conner.
