He is survived by: his children, Tony Frazier (Karen), Stacy Luebbe (Brian), Jaqui Wayt, Mindy Wayt and Mitchell Wayt (Janelle); his goddaughter Misty Dawn Thiltgen; his grandchildren, Troy, Celsey, Morgan, Jon, Kevin and Joy; his great grandchildren, Kolten, Easton, Logan, Hudson, Macy and Harper; and his siblings, Sara, Starr and David.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be left to Jr. League Bowling.
