He is survived by: his mother Gerry Manley (Kerkhoven); his siblings, Don Manley (Karen) of Davenport, Paul Manley (Kristi) of Davenport, Larry Manley (Tracy) of Davenport, John Manley of Davenport, Greg Manley (Tina) of Davenport, Brian Manley of Nashville, TN, Matt Manley (Deb) of Richfield, MN, Karen Wolfe (Steve) of Bettendorf, LeClaire of Bettendorf, Mary Eshelman (Dave) of Bettendorf, Ellen Jackson of Bettendorf and Therese Kuriger; and his brother-in-law Dennis Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
