He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Flatman; his children, Brian Slawson (December), Jennifer Brandt (Lee) and Rebecca Bixby (Mikey); his grandchildren, Brielle, Laurel, Wyatt Brandt, Addisyn, Harper and Kylo Bixby; and his sister Deborah Trout (Tim).
