He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Blake and Deloris Blake (Van Den Berghe); and his sister-in-law Sallie Blake. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Haars; his daughters, Cara Richmond (Brandon) and Callie Rammelsberg (Matt); his granddaughters, Mya, Bria, Aria and Emersyn; his siblings, Karen Ganzer (Lonny), Randy Blake (Cindy), Rick Blake, Keith Blake (Colette), Kathy Polzin (Geoff), Kevin Blake (Cindy) and Karol Martz (Keith); and his mother-in-law Beverly Gustafson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mississippi Valley Fair Youth Dairy Show or Scott County 4-H.
Roger was born in Davenport, on May 16, 1955, the son of Chris and Deloris (Van Den Berghe) Blake.
