She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Overton and Gladys E. Overton (Pate); her former spouse Harlee Miller, Sr.; and her sisters, Sharon Malone, Marlene Carter and Pauline Overton.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Miller of Moline, Harlee Miller, Jr. (Latrice) of Milan, Lorenzo Millbrook of Rock Island, Sonya Millbrook of Missouri, Rhonda Johnson of Davenport, Joi Millbrook (Recoe Summage) of Davenport and Gaarett Pettway (Larry) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Nastashia, Harlee, Loryn, Liyah, Cierra, Brandon, Aaron, Chivon, Brooklyn, Breonne, Ronald, Dajaun, Delvin, Adrian and Dezi; her siblings, Arline Hodges (Obie), Robert Overton (Debbie) and Michael Overton; and her friend Marilyn Jackson (Shebra Johnson). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
