Roxanne M. Wagner Obituary

We announce the death of Roxanne M. Wagner of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 69. Roxanne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald Elliott; and her sister Kathy Lee. She is survived by: her mother Joanne Elliott (Richards) of Indiana; her husband Lester Wagner; her children, Lester Wagner, Jr. (Jake Newton) of Davenport, Robert Wagner (Kristin) of Elmwood, Renee Coon (Jason) of Clinton, Ryan Wagner of Davenport and Russell Wagner of Davenport; and her siblings, Cheryl Burns, Linda Rae Block, Todd Elliott, Troy Elliott, Ricky Elliott, Brian Elliott and Julie Greer. She is also survived by "Memaw" to her 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory - Moline (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Roxanne's memory.
