She is survived by: her mother Donna Ulman of Davenport; her husband Jeffery Hines; her children, Joe Hines (Brianne) of Davenport and Michelle Hines of Davenport; and her siblings, Kathy Preston (Mervin), Steve Ulman (Bobbi) and Keith Ulman. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
