She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Carl Ross; and her siblings, Robert Welsh, Roberta Lane and Roy Welsh.
She is survived by: her children, Paulene Welsh (Meyers), Michael Kessler (Linda), Cindi Erbst (Terry), Dennis Kessler (Lisa), Melissa Clampitt (Rick) and San; and her sister Rose Ruiz. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (4105 N Division St, Davenport, IA 52806).
