It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth W. Horstman of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward A. Horstman and Theresa Horstman (Homrighausen); and her siblings, Edward, Reuben and Viola Rahlf.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Doris DeFosse (Ed) of Moscow, IA, Robert Rahlf (Betty) of Wilton, IA, Gary Rahlf, San Francisco, Ronald Rahlf (Monica) of Moscow, IA and Donald Rahlf (LeAnn) of Wilton, IA; and her close friend Donna Anderson.

Memorials may go to the American Red Cross or St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Davenport.
