She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powers and Ann Powers (Stoffers); her husband Arthur Edward Behr, Jr.; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Julie Behr) and Kevin (Wendy Behr); her grandchildren, Colin (Mia), Megan (Steve), Riley (Omar), Michael (Ashley), Joshua and Abbey; her great grandchildren, Arthur, Sonny, Liam, Adeline and Noah; and her sister Kathy Lobdell of Milan, Illinois..
