With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Carrillo of Davenport, Iowa, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sheila Carrillo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Vance and Betty Lou Vance (Johnson); her stepfather Lloyd Marker; and her sister Jacqueline Banks. She is survived by : her husband Franklin Carrillo of Davenport; her daughter Tammy Sitter (Mark) of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Brandon Schlieper, Jordan Sitter, Lauren Sitter and Ryan Sitter; her great grandchildren, Talon Schlieper and Oaklynn Mills; and her sister Jody Ortega (Rich) of Pleasant Valley. She is also survived by seven stepsiblings.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
