She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie "Adina" Hart (Meyers); her stepfather Jose Hurtado; her sister Tina Nelson; her stepbrother James Hurtado; her niece Lillie Nelson; and her nephew Isaiah Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Codi Hayes (Tim) of Davenport, Brittany Hart of Davenport, Jarrin Hart of Davenport and Jaden Shee-Hart of Davenport; her grandchildren, Halie, Josiah, Zoey and Sofia; her father Larry Hart, Sr. (Linda); her siblings, Annette Reyes Davis, Larry Hart, Jr. (Lori), Cindy Rellias, Richie Hart (Jen), Tiffany Hart and Brandi Paschal (Adam); and her stepbrother Danny Hurtado. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
