We are sad to announce that, on August 2, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Susan J. Cusack of Davenport, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Mentzer and Mercedes Mentzer (Miller); her children, Dianna Hancock (Trent) and Daniel Cusack (Colleen); her siblings, Howard Mentzer and Kathryn; and her son Michael. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice, or the Scott County Humane Society.
