She is survived by: her sister Charis K. Perkins (Kaycee); her children, Shalonda Mayfield (Perkins) and Terrace Perkins; and her grandchildren, Orlando Fitzgerald (MN), Tyriel Mayfield (IA) and Terrace Perkins Jr. (IA).
