He is survived by: his brother Kevin of Tallahassee, FL; his cousins, Linda Ceurvorst, David Ceurvorst (Joyce), Carol Franzenburg (Randy) of Keystone, IA and Bonnie McCollam (Rob) of Vadnais Heights, MN; his niece Kirah Cowley; and his nephews, Kyle of Texas and Dustin Cowley of Texas.
