He was predeceased by: his parents, John Devlin and Dorothy Devlin (Krukow). He is survived by: his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Jill Devlin; his grandchildren, Jade, Jasmine, Melissa and Elora; his great grandchildren, Wayne and Lillianah; and his siblings, Daniel Devlin (Deb), Bella Vista of Arkansas, Dennis Devlin (Olivia), Marc Devlin (Therese), Joseph Devlin, Deanna McFadden (Mark), Jerry Devlin, Moline, Matt Devlin, Jackie Shaw (Jeff) and Jodi Ineichen (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish a memorial at a later date.
