He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Lee Cox, Sr.; his grandparents, Frank Davis, Homer West and Wilma West; and his cousin Ronald Hansel.

He is survived by: his mother Lana Cox, Sr. (Davis); his children, Abigail Cox and Bryson Adcock (Megan); his siblings, Russell, Amy (Brian), Kimberly, Timothy, Terri, Kerry "George", Kelly Jo and Ivan "Ike" II; his aunt Sharon West; his nieces and nephews, Adam (Carleigh), Gage (Alexia), Katie, Ivan, Thomas, Carissa and Jackson; his great-nieces, Hazel, Evelyn and Thora; and his former wife Amanda.

Memorials may be made to Amy Dawson for a fund to be established for Tony's daughter, Abigail.
