He is survived by: his mother Donna Barker; his wife Roberta Chehak; his children, Rebecca Chehak, Stephen Kaufman (Amy), Jessica Vandendooren (Jeremy), Josh Price, Kayti Kaufman-Banowetz (Derrick), Courie Kaufman, Gary Chamberlin, Kayla Chamberlin and Kristina Hubbard (Charlie); and his sister Traicy Michaels.
