He is survived by: his sister Thelma Mason of Chicago, IL; his sons, Arnold and Melvin Odell Woods (Rosie) of Milan, IL; his grandchildren, Carey Robinson (Sheri) of Laguna Niguel, CA and Denisa McReynolds (Kevin) of O'Fallon, IL; his great grandchildren, Kyla McReynolds, Mia Nicole and Dante Robinson; his goddaughter Belitha Harris; and his cousin Merlyn Polite.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Progressive Baptist Church.
