He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Jr. Arp and Florence Arp (Siebke); and his brother Ron Arp. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Secoy); his sons, Scott Arp (Amy) of Peoria Illinois and Dr. Eric Arp (Kathy) of Ridgedale Missouri; his brother Rudolph III Arp (Marlene) of Walcott Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Beadel of Bettendorf Iowa, Barbara Arp of Texas and Siebke. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
