He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil C. Bailey Sr. and Naomi Weas; and his siblings, Deanna Bailey and Jack Weas. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Ball (Bob), Cindy Woeckner (Rich), Marsha Frerichs, Amy Weas, Yvonne Quintana (Richard), Sandy Griffith (Glen), Jeana Bailey, Don Bailey and Frank Weas; and his nephews, Jeff Griebel (Charity) and Chris Griebel (Rebecca).
