He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hughes; his children, Tamara Beaty of South Bend, IN and John Carr of Dubuque, IA; and his siblings, Mike Carr (Karen), Nancy Adlfinger and MaryAnn Puente (Mike). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
