He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Siefken; his children, Tisha Bousselot (Darin) and John Martin; his grandchildren, Travis Childs, Kayla Caudill (Chris), Cole Bousselot (Lauren), Jessi Felderman (Kurt) and Samantha Martin; his sister Becky Bruno (Steve); and his half-brother William "Bill" Siddall. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
