He is survived by: his wife Ona of Davenport; his children, Crystal Talbot of Moline, Cathie Lienen (Matt) of Davenport, Jeff Talbot (Gina Owens-Smith) of Davenport, Tiffany Talbot (DJamilou) of Moline, Lindsay Frey of Davenport, Travis Talbot of Davenport and Troy Talbot of Davenport; and his sisters, Florence Talbot of Davenport, Jane Talbot of Davenport and Rosemary Mess of Princeton, Iowa.
