She is survived by: her children, Patty Coy of Davis City, Brian Coy, Emy, Wendy Gregg of Altoona, Iowa, Becky and Mike Broich of Leon; her grandchildren, Kristen Wood of Altoona, Havok of Altoona, Taylor of Altoona, Tyler Seymour of Altoona, Caelan Gregg of Altoona and Coy Gregg of Altoona; and her great grandchild Audrey Mae Seymour.

Memorials may be given to the Journey for Joy Foundation in Myrtle's memory.
