She was predeceased by: her parents, Vere Cady and Virginia Cady; and her brother Richard (Becca). She is survived by: her husband Roger Cook of Dayton, IA; her children, Amy Priest of Boone, IA and Brad Corso (Lori); and her stepchildren, Cindy Stanley (Mark) of Monument, CO, Craig Cook (Molly) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Julie Flynn (Brian) of Elkhorn, NE and Tracey Shaffer (Joe) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
