He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Gustafson and Oscar Gustafson; his son Chad Perrigo; and his brother-in-law David Crawford. He is survived by: his daughter Krista Dunaway of Fort Dodge; his grandchildren, Kaystyn, Keaton and Tanner Perrigo of Spirit Lake, Iowa; his sister Dolores "Dee" Crawford of Newbury Park, California; and his close friend Anna Stephenson of Dayton, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
