He is survived by: his brother Dr. Scott Palmer (Dana) of De Witt; his mother-in-law Lynn Seivert; his sister-in-law Dawn Seivert of Sheldon, Iowa.; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Busby (Collin), Ford, Sierra Seivert of Sioux Falls and Dominic Seivert (Erin) of Sheldon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kellen, Evie and Brea.
