It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Lansing of Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Fred Hageman; her husband Carroll Lansing of Benedict's Catholic Church; her mother Amelia Gesing Hageman; and her siblings, Parnell, Ruth Huber and Rose Lou Hageman.

She is survived by : her children, Debra Stephey (Lawrence) of Winter Park and Donald Lansing (Carla) of Marion, Iowa.; and her grandchildren, Laurie Stephey (Brandon Smith) of Fremont, Michelle Stephey, Kira Lansing of Cedar Rapids and Tracy Lansing of Rochester, Minnesota..

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (307 W Main St, Decorah, IA 52101). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
