He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Lensing and Oda Lensing; his siblings, Bob "Petey" Lensing, Dean Lensing and Susie Lensing; his parents-in-law, Lucille and Jerome Shimek; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Shimek, Nancy Einck and Barb Massman.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lensing (Shimek); his sons, Eric Lensing (Amy) and Jason Lensing (Cheri); his grandchildren, Alexa Fjelstul (Alec) and Ashlyn Lensing (Nicholas Einck) of Chase Jerome; his great grandchildren, Carver Jerome "CJ" Fjelstul and Kellan Fjelstul; his siblings, Terry Lensing (Shirley), Donnie Lensing (Mary Lou), Marcellus "Buzz" Lensing (Peggy), Jerome Jr. Lensing (Marilyn), Gerard "Tubby" Lensing (Christi), Bill Lensing, Charles "Chuck" Lensing (Peggy), Mary Wenthold (Terry) and Anne Price (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Shimek (Julie), Ron Shimek, Rick Shimek, Stan Shimek (Janean), Mark Shimek, Gary Shimek (Chris), Kenny Shimek (Kathy), Leon Einck, Leo Massman, Mary Lou Lensing (Donnie), Noi Shimek and Doris Lensing. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
