She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Foltz and Rosella Foltz (Smith); her sister Darlene Foltz; her grandparents, Ernest, Elizabeth Foltz, Charles and Gladys Smith; her parents-in-law, Claire and Viola Palmer; and her friend Connie Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Harlan Palmer; her children, Melissa Palmer, David Palmer (Dennise) and Michelle Palmer; her grandchildren, Keneddy, Kaesen Manhart and Kyler Manhart; her child Coltin Palmer; her siblings, Robert Foltz and Della Whalen (Kevin); and her cousin George Smith. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in-law and great nieces and nephews.
