He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blegen and Viola Blegen (Wangsness); his in-laws, Virgil and Lucella Bender; his sister Judy McIntosh; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Yarwood and Dean Yarwood; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Raelyn.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bender; his children, Shelly Carolan (Brian) and Jeff Blegen (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brittany Provost (Colby Rissman), Clayton Provost (Chelsea), Brianna Waite (Ryan), Wyatt and Paige Blegen; his great grandchildren, Creed, Capri, Cade Provost, Hadley, Colton Waite, Emma, Elyse and Raylynn Rissman; his brother Doug Blegen (Rosie); his brother-in-law Howard McIntosh; and his nephew Norman McIntosh. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
