He is survived by: his wife Bette Johnson; his children, Spencer (Kristina), Craig (Kelly) and Dominique (Michael Bockman); his grandchildren, Carson (Alicia), Jenna Lowell (Jon), Jackson, Parker, Nicholas, Patrick and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Colton and Cayden Lowell; his brother Len (Karen Eells); his siblings-in-law, Raymond Johnson, Michael McConville, David Ducharme and Jan Johnson; and his caregiver Dr. Andy Goodner. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Kids First, Cedar Rapids, to help make children's voices heard in divorce proceedings or to Winneshiek Habitat for Humanity.
