He is survived by: his children, Jesse Holzer (Anna), Jarad Holzer (Katie), Daniel Holzer, Jamie Holzer, Amie Ayers (Ryan), Tamie Holzer (Em) and Shawn Holzer; his sister DeAnne Krull (Kelly); his niece Kelsey Krull; his nephew Nathan Krull; his grandchildren, Dominic, Julia Holzer, Caleb, Dawson Holzer, Hailey, Kortney, Daxen Holzer, Raylee and Abel Ayers; his aunts, Delores Koch of Des Moines and Judy Styve of Alexandria, MN.; and his close friend George Ruen.
A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Canoe Ridge Cemetery (26542 Lime St, West Union, IA 52175).
