He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Klegseth and Ruby Klegseth (Nelson); his sister Alice; and his in-laws, Ray and Dagmar.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Daniels); his sons, Chad and Charles; his grandchildren, Jolene, Parker and Carter; his brothers, Phil (Maryls) and Junior; and his brother-in-law Merlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Winneshiek Medical Center, whose staff provided Joe with exceptional care and compassion.
