She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Linderbaum and Esther Linderbaum (Deeney); her husband Bruce Christopher; her siblings, Janet, Karen and Jerry Linderbaum; her parents-in-law, Charles and Norma Christopher; and her brothers-in-law, Charles "Billy" Christopher and Raymond Lincoln.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Kalvig (Michael) of Nashua, IA, Charles Christopher and Jenni (Jose Aguayo) of Granville, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth, Adrienne, Andrew Kalvig, Walter and Genevieve Aguayo; her sister Debby Scheidel (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Linderbaum, Nancy Lincoln, Dale Bradshaw (Jim) and Doris Merrill (Stephen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Helms Funeral Home (306 E Water St, Decorah, IA 52101). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations made will support their grandkids music and athletics at their respective schools: Nashua-Plainfield Music and Athletic Booster Clubs and Granville Tennis Club and Athletic Boosters.
