He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wurzer of Decorah; his children, Kevin Collins (Nancy) of Davenport, Maureen Friedman (Jack) of Dyersville and Jean Ann Flanscha (Mark) of Cedar Falls; his grandsons, Joseph Friedman, Jonathan Friedman (Nicole), Jared Friedman and Michael Flanscha (Gabrielle); his brothers-in-law, Adrian Wurzer and Ken Wurzer; and his in-laws, Edward and Elizabeth Wurzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
