She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kubik and Arla Kubik (Folkedahl); and her brother Terry Kubik. She is survived by: her children, Shaun Means of Cape, Brandon Means of LaPort, David Tollefson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa., Chantell Means of Jackson and Amy Halweg of Decorah, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Jace, Lexus, Johnathan, Sebastian, Sophie, Emma, Jenna and Ryan; and her siblings, Steve Kubik, Michael Kubik, Kim Gossman and Karla Farland.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Helms Funeral Home (306 E Water St, Decorah, IA 52101). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Union Prairie Cemetery.
The family suggests that contributions be made to American Legion Post 158 in Jackson and Semo Pets in Cape Girardeau.
