She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kubik and Arla Kubik (Folkedahl); and her brother Terry Kubik. She is survived by: her children, Shaun Means of Cape, Brandon Means of LaPort, David Tollefson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa., Chantell Means of Jackson and Amy Halweg of Decorah, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Jace, Lexus, Johnathan, Sebastian, Sophie, Emma, Jenna and Ryan; and her siblings, Steve Kubik, Michael Kubik, Kim Gossman and Karla Farland.
The family suggests that contributions be made to American Legion Post 158 in Jackson and Semo Pets in Cape Girardeau.
