He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Trytten and Unabelle Trytten (Chandler); his children, Ryan and Emily; his wife Dianne Trytten (Einck); his grandchildren, Ryan Trytten (Sadie), Torey, Layla, Davin, Harper of Urbandale, IA, Emily Kellenberger (Todd), Rowan, Audrey, Henrik and Bennett of Ankeny, IA; his daughter-in-law Julie Simiele; his siblings, Chris Trytten (Ann) of Henderson, NV and Kay Schmiesing of Waterloo, IA; his son Rik Trytten; his parents-in-law, Jerome Einck and Norma Einck (Koch); his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Bohr and Erl Schmiesing; and his nephews, Michael Schmiesing and Adam Bohr. He was also cherished by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be written to the family and mailed to Helm's Funeral Home, 306 E. Water Street, Decorah, IA 52101. Donations will be made to the following: The Winneshiek County Historical Society, the Winneshiek County Celebration of Life and Winn Med Hospice.
