She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Julien and Beatrice Julien; her son Christopher Carl Donn; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Rose Kuhn and Elliott Iverson Crain.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Donn; her daughters, Leslie Cuvelier (John), Lisa Donn (Paul Chinn), Laurie Van Loo (Keith), Linda Dwyer (Scott) and Cassandra Donn (Jeremy Bessire); and her brother Richard Julien of Mission Viejo, California. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Shirley's wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to WinnMed Hospice in Decorah, Iowa, whose compassionate care was so meaningful to Shirley and her family.
