He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smith; his brothers, Dr. Thomas Pinckney of Des Moines, IA and Timothy Pinckney (Susie) of Adel, IA; his half-brother David Pinckney (Sandy) of Newbury Park, CA.; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Cunningham (Gene) of Wellsburg, IA and Pat Horne (Dick) of Spillville, IA..
