Della Stevens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Della Stevens of Deep River, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Meyer and Alice Meyer (Mumm); her husbands, Raymond Martin and Orman Stevens; her son Leo Leland Martin; her siblings, Leonard Meyer, David Meyer, Vernon Meyer, Edward Meyer, Floyd Jr., Melvin Meyer, John Meyer and Ruth Melsa; and her great grandchild Anthony Molyneux.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Martin (Debraha) of Keswick; her stepchildren, Dan Stevens, Becky Hoksbergen (Alan) of New Sharon and Connie Thompson (Raymond) of Montezuma; her brother Richard Meyer of Parnell; her grandchildren, Jason Molyneux (Tammy) and Jennifer Molyneux (Jake); and her great grandchildren, Jason Micheal Molyneux, Eli Molyneux, Levi Molyneux and Sienna Molyneux.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (100 Church St, Deep River, IA 52222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Lutheran Church in Deep River or the Deep River Fire Department.
