He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Prey and Lucille Prey (Moore); his wife Margaret Mary Prey; his siblings, Mary Parker (Bob), Janet Prey, Jack and Mike Prey; and his sister-in-law Kathy Streck.
He is survived by: his son Kelly Prey; his grandsons, Jake, Zach and Sam; his daughter Michelle Sheridan (Chad); his grandchildren, Joe (Kali), Luke (Sophie), Meghan and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Collins; his brothers, Pat Prey (Meta) and Kevin Prey; and his siblings-in-law, Bette Prey and Jim Streck. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dowling Catholic High School, Holy Family School Foundation or The Variety Club of Iowa.
