With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randal J. Conrad of Delhi, Iowa, who passed away on August 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Conrad and Elizabeth "Betty" Conrad (Engling); his parents-in-law, LaVern and Norma Hicks; his brother Scott Conrad; and his in-laws, Michael Hicks and Audrey Heilbrun.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Hicks of Delhi, IA; his sons, Tim Conrad (Abby) of Waukee, IA and Michael Conrad (Tate) of Tomball, TX; his granddaughters, Lillian and Evelyn Conrad; his sisters, Shari Scherrman (Joe) of Delhi, IA and Bonnie Foxen (Ken) of Luxemburg, IA; and his in-laws, Jeff Hicks (Susan), Peggy McFarland (Ron) of Gering, NE, Tom Hicks (Maggie) of Friendswood, TX and Jodie Conrad of Urbandale, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Beckman Catholic High School.
