He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Souer and Gladys Ross Souer; and his siblings, Kenneth and Ethel Mae Souer. He is survived by: his wife Torn Souer; and his brothers, Wayne of Delta and Keith of Ottumwa. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethel Cemetery (402 E 3rd St, Delta, IA 52550).
