He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Ewing and Mildred Lucille Ewing (Showman); and his brother Harry Ewing. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Clubb (Tim Mumby) of Belle Plaine, Bryon Ewing (Crystal Norris) of Riverton, Carol Ewing of What Cheer and Brad Ewing (Deb) of Oskaloosa; and his grandchildren, Ami Westcott (Derrick) of Parnell, Sarah Russell (Mike) of Cedar Rapids, Lucas Ewing (Ashton) of Des Moines, Madison Steinke (Spencer) of Gibson and Dawson Ewing (Marisa) of Oskaloosa. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
