She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Kollbaum and Rose Kollbaum (Trenkelbach); her former life partner Earl Boger; her husband William Nemitz; her sons, Norman (Sandy) and Edward (Paulette); her grandson Tracy; and her siblings, Freddie, Raymond, John, Alvin (Al), Marvin (Dickie), Marie Prussing, Hilda Paulsen, Viola Kollbaum, Irene Johnson, Mable Christiansen, Esther Lackman, Margaret Wissink and Rose Nielsen.
She is survived by : her children, Kenneth Boger (Connie) of Ida Grove and Vickie Hember of Cherokee; and her children-in-law, John Hember of Quimby and Penny Boger of Florida. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
